DCS Expansion Project

Executed a comprehensive Distributed Control System (DCS) expansion using Honeywell Experion PKS with C300 controllers, integrating additional process units into the existing control network. Installed, configured, and validated new C300 controllers, I/O modules, and network components in alignment with site standards and process requirements. Developed detailed method statements, control panel layouts, and AutoCAD drawings, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and operational safety. Coordinated procurement, vendor interface, and project scheduling to maintain smooth material and workflow management. Led commissioning, loop testing, and functional verification activities, ensuring seamless integration of new control logic with the existing system. Maintained strict Management of Change (MoC) compliance and enforced all site safety and QA/QC protocols throughout the project execution.
