Soap Line Control System

Delivered a complete automation and control system for three independent soap production lines, encompassing PLC, SCADA, and HMI development. Designed the system architecture, developed detailed control logic, process sequencing, and interlock strategies, and configured Siemens S7 PLCs for real-time control and monitoring. Integrated WinCC SCADA and HMI panels to provide operators with intuitive process visualization and control capability. Managed panel fabrication, wiring, and field instrumentation, ensuring alignment with process and safety standards. Executed system testing, simulation, and commissioning, followed by comprehensive documentation, training, and operator handover for smooth plant operation.
