Project Highlights
Engineered and implemented a fully integrated control and SCADA system for two Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) boilers within a fertilizer production facility. Designed and programmed PLC-based control logic for burner management, feedwater regulation, and interlock safety systems. Developed intuitive HMI and SCADA interfaces to enable seamless operator monitoring, alarm management, and trend visualization. Executed complete system integration, I/O configuration, and functional testing, ensuring alignment with process safety and operational standards. Performed rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate system performance under real operating conditions.
Outcomes
Delivered a safe, efficient, and reliable boiler control system with improved process visibility, enhanced operator usability, and compliance with plant safety requirements.
